The STATE DOES own your children.....if

1)You signed a birth certificate.
2)You signed them up for Social Security.
3)They were produced in a State sanctioned marriage.

Any or all are prima facia evidence of the child being the states' property, and the parents merely having an equitable interest.

For those out there with home schooled children, may I suggest your rescind their numbers now, before they are adults, and that the child also rescind within 30 days of turning 18. If they don't know their number, never teach it to them.
