Hebrews 12;26 in my opinion, shows that after a man who has come to God can get out of His way and suffer the problems of life without God's help. The sins he commits in his walk can not be confessed and he must go back, if there is grace, where he got off. Saul and Samson are good examples in that there life was over but they were not lost. Paul, murdered Christains but repented by revealation(Luke 2:32) to bring the Light to the gentiles.
