are implants dangerous

i just gor rid of my first root canal teeth, i got the pus coming out from side of the gum and the xray showed that there is a part of needle inside the tooth, that was used to pull the nerve out

the dentist pull it out but i have been sick for few days now and can not get together right

my heart pain is gone i think but i still feel sick

theday of the pulling out i almost drop flat in the middle of the store, i was so sick

the did not clen the cavitations, because the stupid dentist doesnt know what is he doing

and about the implants, are they healthy or not, are they safe, did anybody have any problems with them???
