Re: the reason for the season

I believe that any day can be set aside to celebrate Jesus Christ. And, if I want to set aside Christmas to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour than I'm sure God isn't going to mind one bit. Whether it came from man or God, it is what we worship in our hearts and how we recognize the holiday.

In the Bible the kings and sheperds worshiped the birth of Jesus Christ, and if anyone wants to carry on the tradition, than that is their decision and is between them and God. I truly believe that God isn't going to punish us for celebrating Christmas because of Him.
