The gaps left when teeth are removed can be replaced with fake teeth, either with a bridge or a dental implant. And, yes, all teeth will shift which will mess up your bite and may cause jaw problems down the road, especially since you're so young.
Some of the people here are so against normal, general denistry it's scary!
