Just wondering.

So war is wrong, I can accept that. I don't like the thought of war anymore than you.
However, what do you suppose should have been done with Iraq? Saddam Hussein?
I saw on tv the other day an interview with a lady "reporter" from America that was on mission in Iraq. It showed clips of huge mass graves for the people Saddam and his army is responsible for killing, and the anguish that were on the living relatives faces as they found their loved ones, deceased as a result from Saddam's brutality. Saddam Hussein is a mad man.

Should the USA have "turned the other cheek" and pretended this brutality was not going on? The USA has come to the aid of various nations affected by brutality - should they ignore it?

What if you were an Iraqi citizen, and affected by Saddam's brutality. Would you want to live in fear of him? Would you want a mad man in power?

Saddam Hussein is responsible for killing thousands upon thousands upon thousands of innocent men, women, and children while he was in power. Way more damage and death than what the US did when they attacked.
