Please help !

Hi everyone,
I am new to these board. I read almost all the posting on this site regarding bowel/intense/ parasite cleanse. I am 25 years old and for the past 1 year or so i've been fealling tired all the time, weak, dizzy, depressed etc... I also developed constipation, felt cramps, gases, bloated after a each meal. In one year o lost about 10-12lbs and I tried to gain back that weight, i ate as much as i could, but no matter how i tried i stayed the same weight. I also lift weights and do some running but i don't think because of these activities i can't gain weight. After finding this site and going through the posting I decided that probably something wrong with my colon and maybe even some parasites are living inside of me and eating most of the nutrients that i need. I've decided to do a fasting with water and little vegetables. I also took suppliment called "Super Colon Cleanse", which contains psyllium husk, senna powder etc.. Now i am going to the bathroom 6-8 times a day. The stool became like water very liquidish and i noticed some things flowing around in the toilet. They look like about an inch long dark brown, round, like a bubles, different sizes. At first i thought they were fecies but then i noticed that the color of my fecies and them are different they are more darker and cirtainly they look like some sort of organisms. Please if you know what i am talking about tell me what are they. I've looked at some pictures of parasites on this site, but could not find the ones that are in my stool. I did not go to a doctor yet, but now I am thinking to set up an opointment.
