Thanks for the response.... I thought I was going nuts!!

I tried telling my daughter if the tooth was that bad, just have them extract it!! To me this dentist was all about the money. Tried to tell her the tooth on the upper jaw above the lower jaw needs one too. I am pulling my hair out with frustrations... he is only 5 years old!!!
