Re: My experience so far with Ear Coning

It is obvious you haven't tried this or seen someone who has. I have tested by just burning a candle / and then coning. There is no comparison. It is important that you purchase the more expensive candles, they are longer, thinner and burn much better.
I have tried the cheaper ones and tested and will not use them again.
For myself, I have an extreme amount of wax buildup and alot of sinus problems. Since I started coning, I have not had a sinus infection.
A friend of mine introduced me to coning. She too was having alot of sinus infections. She started 7 years ago and hasn't had an infection yet.
I can actually feel the large amounts of wax come out of my ear and up into the cone. I hear

If you have tried and didn't get any wax out, it could very well be that you don't have a wax build up. Some people don't.
