Hi, you seem sauna-savvy. Maybe you can answer some questions for me. I got my brand new portable infrared sauna today and sat in it for an hour already. I dripped sweat like crazy, which was fine, and didn't feel too hot or uncomfortable really. I hate heat, so this was a nice surprise. I monitered my body temperature while I was in there and was surprised the sauna raised it no higher than one point. Is this normal? You see, I'm trying to beat Lymes Disease as naturally as possible. My hope was to induce a "fever" in my body to help kill off the bacteria caused by the Lymes. But if my temperature doesn't go up any higher than 98.6 ( I have low body temperature, this was actually a slight fever for me) then I wonder if the sauna will help me much in the Lymes department. Any thoughts?
