Think I passed a worm just now. Freaked me out.

I'm on day 10. I've read posts about people passing worms and, well, I think it happened to me just now. It was small, kind'a white and tapered at the ends, real thin like spaghetti. I woke up today with bad cramps, ran to the toilet and passed a bunch of gunk, mostly like the stuff I've seen from the psyllium but much more. Then, as I flushed, I saw it -- the worm. I didn't have a chance to grab it -- it's on its way to Long Beach now. But, I'm sure there's more to come, I hate to say. You can feel it, like movement there. I felt it last night but thought it was my imagination. I guess not. I might take an extra tea today.

Today's supposed to be last day. I don't know if I should go on a few more days or jump right on the parasite cleanse.

Man that freaked me out real bad. My eyes were as wide as saucers as soon as I saw it. I was embarrassed to tell my husband. I did and he said, "Oh baby, oh my god." Then he remembered what I told him: "Ninety percent of all people have parasites." I guess I'm not in that 10 percent.
