Hang in there!!! =) I know it is not easy trust me. I have been tempted with food all through this cleanse. I am on day 11 and every one is different. But just keep thinking of the out come. Also think of this most people bring their car in for tune ups, oil change and so on to keep the car running in mint condition and to not have any "troubles along their journey" be it work or just things to get done. Why should we not treat our bodies with the same respect?!?!? Why is it that we take better care of our cars than our bodies? Im not saying that you don't respect your body im saying we shold take the same measures to keep our bodies in mint condition. Keep at it trooper we are all behind you cheering you on - Yaaaaaay!
