I wanted to lend a little support. I am on Day 12 and I can tell you that the hunger does go away about Day 4 or 5. Make sure you drink the lemonade as soon as you start feeling hungry. The first three days were hard for me and I had many thoughts of food and eating. I think it was more psychological than physical. This forum helped me through many tough times because I could sit and read others experiences and draw inspiration from them. I can't say that it is easy now but I feel so good about doing such a great thing for my body. I am already 2 days past what I originally set out to do. My second goal was 14 days but I will probably continue after that. I decided to not set a number but let my body decide. Here's to good health!
