This is excellent advice. Plus it may introduce yoga to someone who hasn't tried it. I started doing yoga a year ago due to chronic back pain. I'm a nurse and have had five kids and this really takes a toll. Not only did I lose 20 lbs, but my back NEVER hurts anymore. I actually bought an unlimited pass during the summer which made me go every day in order to get my money's worth. Now it is such an integral part of my life, I absolutely love it. But it is definitely a workout. We'll have people come visit our studio thinking that it's a nice stretching class, and they'll be looking around like "what the heck??" However, there are several different types and classes offered, so definitely check it out. There are many poses in yoga that "cleanse" the body. Some are called "binds" and these serve to squeeze the internal organs, therefore removing toxins. You will feel like you got a massage after every yoga class and it is SO good for you.
