Re: Advise from an Indian Yoga instructor/Ayurvedic doctor on Salt Water Flush

Thank you very much for your post. From the way it's written, I can tell right away that you know what you are talking about.
I am on my day 11 and do SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) every morning. Though I don't have any troubles with the whole process, I will try those exercises tomorrow, especially while sipping salt water. It's the hardest part for me.
I do yoga 3 times a week in my regular life and continue doing it on MC. The results are great. Yesterday in my yoga class I noticed some unexpected changes: I could twist more, bend lower, hold postures much longer. Not just a little bit, but quite noticable, enough to sirprise me. It might be just coincedence - an improvement after a year of doing yoga without interuptions, but since it happened on day 10 of my first MC, I think it's cleansing working.
Anyway, thank you very much for the great post.
