help on how to make the lemonade

I have been on Clarkia parasite cleanse going on 5 days now and want to start on the MC. Is there a website i can go to to get specific instructions on what to do before/during/after the cleanse and how to actually make the lemonade. i checked in the headings at the top of the page and only found exact instructions for the SWF.
