No kidding about the SWF! There are a couple of things I've had to try.
1. Visualization. I often think about how it tastes like chicken soup, or sometimes I remind myself over and over how much I love it (actually this was the one that got me to like it), or you can just focus on the outcome - how much your body loves the warm internal bath its taking.
2. Try it every other day instead of every day
3. Do the laxative tea instead
Most importantly, just do what you can do. It's really ok. Let your body tell you what it needs.
