You said that you werent ready to begin a new fast....I have been trying all week to begin another mc and cant seem to do it! I dont know if it is a mind thing, or a body thing. My body needs it, but my mind doesnt seem to be into it. Weird. I cant find the motivation to stick with it like I had in April when I did my first one. Its killing me! Ok, Im starting over tomorrow....again.
