Next benefit I hope to gain is the dissipation of a huge cyst that is almost a gallon in volume. I'm starting a 42 day fast on Saturday, only 11 days after I finished my last long fast, just because my cleansing was nowhere near done after 29 days, and I have so much more left to get rid of.
