I'm on day two too and I'm having a fairly easier time than I thought ... and partly it's because you just have to get control of your mind ... Yes, I really don't like to talk about food right now, that's a little annoying ... but, you have to change your thoughts from the craving thoughts to what you want the outcome to be ... each time a negative thought pops in to tell you to break it, tell yourself something like; I am in control of what I put in my mouth or I deserve to have a healthy body ... or I'd rather have a healthy body or I can do anything I set my mind to do .... use images too ... images are very powerful ... see yourself in the end result you want to create ... don't see pictures of food ... see pictures of your healthy body and you being happy and getting through it peacefully and calmly.
