YES! I had the exact same experience...I would drink one glass at arout 7 am a second glass around 8:30 and then I would drink one at around 12...and not even think about it after that...I decided that the book said 6-10 for a reason so I tried to space them out and have at least 5 a day (all 10 oz.) I didn't want my metobolism to slow down too much. There is no way I could possibly drink 10!
