I find that drinking 20 to 30 oz of the lemonade is enough to keep me from being hungry and I only use half of the syrup that is required. I do drink 1/2 my body weight in oz of water. I am slightly hungry in the mornings & drink the lemonade & feel hungry again about every hour or so & I only drink about 6 oz at a time. But, by 11 or 12 I am no longer hungry & don't get hungry for the rest of the day. Has anyone else experience this?
