MC and blood thinners

Hi, I have really enjoyed reading the posts here and find them absolutely motivating! I want to do the Master-Cleanse along with whatever cleanses recommended but I am on a bloodthinner due to having blood clots in my lungs from birth control pills. Does anyone know if it is safe? And what cleanses should I do and in what order? I have read that you should do a Colon Cleanse before and after, just confused about all the different cleanses I have read about and which I should do for my first time. parasite cleanse? Liver is important. If anyone could help me with this.
