Stop the pepper in the drink. Get the tablets. If your migrane is bad, take two tylenol...yes, I know everyone says this is a cleanse, no pills, but if it means getting rid of the headache and staying on the fast, or quitting the fast altogether, take the pain relief...even if for one day. Also, play around with the recipe. I use only half of the maple syrup, as I don't like the taste of it when I put it all in, I like it a little more diluted. I think you might like the taste if it isn't so thick with flavor. Mine tastes like flavored water. Lastly, say a little prayer when you start for the refrig. The other day I was about to go through Micky D's (mcdonald's) and seriously it took an act of God to stop me. I stopped though. I'm trying to start my second round, but having a rough time getting through day two, so if you're on day three, keep going. Try for 5 days, then see how you feel. Trust me, after that, it's a breeze. Good luck.
