Hey everyone. I've come off the fast and so far so good. In fact, I didn't do the orange juice as was suggested, but went straight into a light salad on the first day, with orange juice as well. I've now made two exquisite raw dinners and had strawberries for dessert the first night, and pineapple on the second night.
I've had no adverse reactions, probably because my food is all raw, non wheat, non dairy, non sugary, and whole. My diet is completely different now, and I intend to keep it that way. There are too many great foods to enjoy that are healthy!
I've already had my first real bowel movement since the fast, so it looks like my gears are back to normal.
