Starting is hard --

I did give myself a week just to get things together, and to put myself in the right mindset. I'd recommend making a batch before you leave for work and taking it with you. Take a couple of cayenne capsules with you too -- don't put them in the pre-made batch.

It does get easy once you get in the habit -- or as I like to call it "the zone". You'll find that it gets easier. My husband had a friend over for a steak barbeque tonight, and I had no problem fixing everything, but promptly excused myself when they were chowing down. Honestly, it didn't even look appealing to me.

If you need an excuse for work - never say the word "diet" -- just say you're going through a body cleanse. You'll be suprised at the response you receive. I've heard "wow - that sounds cool" or "you're going to be so healthy". Instead of "you don't need to diet - here eat a donut".

In the end, you are the only one who knows when to start. But I know when you do, you'll be a success.
