Then I lost more, then less...sometimes 2 pounds in a day, sometimes none, sometimes 1, sometimes a half...
I'm on day 28 and I've lost 26.5 pounds...on day 25 I had lost a total of 25.5 pounds...I've sped up and slowed down and sped up again; there's no reason to it.
Just trust that your body is working as it should.
Weight should be the last of your concerns on a fast.
Regarding the rash thing, I've had one that is just healing now...it's been around for probably a week or more. Again, trust...it's all good. It'll go away when it's time.
