I'm on day 12. I had been planning all along to end yesterday but i think i may keep going because it doesn't seem too hard right now although yesterday, god forbid, i had 4 raisins but not really because i was hungry, more because i thought I was finishing and they looked yummy. it's amazing how that seems like a lot of food to me at this point.
Anyways, as i have written before, I had tiny red bumps on my face almost like a rash, sorta like
Acne but not really as i believe some others do during the mc.
SO when i last asked, people said they'd go away, now yesterday I was out in the sun, and I think that the sun reacted badly with the bumps or my skin or something because i had a weird rash on my cheeks and nose. It was red but not like a sunburn, it was blotchy and in a weird formation...I think it's best not to go into sun for a while if you have a similar reaction to the detoxing on your face.
Secondly, I know everyone loses weight differently and I have read people on this board who say they lost upwards of 15
pounds in 10 days, some woman i just read about said she lost 13 in 8 days. It's been 12 days and I have just barely lost 9-10 pounds. Does anyone think that the more you begin as, the more you lose? I started at 147 and many people on here listed their weights as being above 200. Could this be why they're losing more than I am? I started at 147, am now 138 or 137 and I'm 5'4. Can anyone give me any advice, I want to ultimately be down to 130, if not 120 although I see that as highly unlikely.
