One day at a time; I've been there

If this will be a little encouragement, I found that the times when I craved the most, I actually lost more weight. I liken it to an acid flashback (though I've never had one); they occur when, the old acid that folks have taken tends to deposit in the fat, therefore, when the fat is being consumed, you experience the acid again. Perhaps this is a food flashback.

Here are my points:
-the cravings become easier to control. Use them to get excited about all of the good food you'll be eating when you're done. I'm reading raw food cookbooks every day and I love it. I'm making some of the recipes now for my partner and I can still not eat!
-acne: I've actually, at different periods, broken into these bizarre rashes...once on my legs, once on my ribs, once on my belly...and have had a pimple or two. It's just the toxins coming to the surface. Don't freak out...in your healthier, hyper healing state, you'll find they heal quickly
-getting winded: drink more lemonade and when you're really in trouble, take a half teaspoon of the maple syrup straight. When I went running, I would often drink two 16 oz lemonades before, wait to pee it out, and then run...just in case. You should be fine.
