Re: I'm on day 8 and my body's aching so bad...

I believe your intake is very good. You don't want to drink less. If you are not having to urinate several times a day you should increase the water intake. If you are hungry you should increase the lemonade intake. Those are the rules that work well for me.

If your going for 15 days then you are just reaching the summit of your goal...the rest is downhill. Congrats on reaching the summit but you are not done. You have to complete your mission
and by using the unlimited power of your brain there is nothing that can stop you.

Congrats on your weight loss. You sound pleased and you should be. Yours is similar to mine. As of this morning I am at 217 down from 231.5. I am 6'1" tall. I would like to weigh in at 185 again but that is a distant goal. My goal for the fast end is now 20 days. Once there I will really consider how I feel and then determine if I should continue. The reason I started the fast was to break some bad eating habits and cleanse my system for the first time. I believe that my wires were crossed up causing me to want to eat munchies when I was thirsty. I am certain that my munchie/thirst issue is solved now. I have been studying some vegetarian style cookbooks etc. so that I can continue my improvement upon completion of the fast.

Best of luck to you on reaching your goal. If you have more questions or want to give me a hard time, don't hesitate!

Ray
