Re: Can anyone answer this???
I couldn't drink half my body weight in water in addition to the lemonade. That would mean I would have to drink 100+ ounces, plus the 64
oz. of lemonade (though I'm still trying to figure out if I need 6 or 8 glasses of the lemonade).
No - I'm fine without about 60
oz of water and 60+
oz of lemonade. I think that's plenty.
yes - you can OD on water if you drink too much. It's something to keep in the back of your mind - especially how it relates to your sodim levels. And when you think about it, 3
quarts of water is all it takes (in one go) to overdose.
YIKES!

Water intoxication or overhydration occurs when a person swallows enough water to significantly lower the amount of sodium in the blood.
The sodium imbalance produces a decreased level of consciousness that ranges from lethargy to stupor to coma and even death.
Symptoms of water overdose include drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, headache and possible seizures.
According to Web MD, a person would have to chug about three
quarts or more of water at one time to overdose
