I too use a pressure cooker for grains and beans.
You are doing all the standard and necessary things
to make beans more digestible...still some people
are not able to digest them anyway. In that case,
supplemental digestive enzymes are critical. I use
the digestive enzymes from Cell Tech...E-12 Super
Enzymes. They are the best.
