False dichotomy

"I can cite as much literature as you wish indicating that we can make all the enzymes necessary for digestion...it is up to you to prove or provide evidence that enzymes from food are involved in digestion."

You are once again deliberately presenting a misleading and false dichotomy. No one is arguing that a healthy human body cannot manufacture enzymes. This has nothing to do with whether enzymes in food are involved in digestion. The fact that raw foods contain enzymes which are involved in the digestive process is widely known even amongst lay people. Your lack of knowledge and respect for the Science of nutrition is patronizing and derisory. If you wish to question such basic tennets of the Science of nutrition I suggest you join the "Flat Earth Society".
