I am of the opinion that suppression of information is widespread when it comes to health & food. For example consider the herpes virus which causes cold-sores. There is a simple guaranteed cure - coconut oil - which destroys lipid-coated viruses on contact. I have personally tried this and can to attest to its efficacy - especially compared to the drug based approaches which don't work. Yet the healthcare industry continue to look for "cures" (i.e. profit based approaches) to cold-sores.
