what do you think you should do? I don't know your history as I don't spend too much time in this forum... but surgery is just such permanent decision, where the real results may not be known for many years... I know the pain of attacks must be intense, and it drives many to throw in the towel and seek immediate relief, and I am not one to point a finger and chide them for giving up without a fight. we all have decisions to make. I do believe that with flushing, people with even severly disease gb's can turn things around and return to health. of course it takes some work, that's why in the end, its all up to you to consider trying it or not. if you are thinking about trying to save your gb, there are many people who love to help you, though i don't think anyone will promise that it will be easy. it seems that the most rewarding things in life never are easy.
