But here are a couple other questions.

I've done some research on the Liver Flushes, but honestly, there are so many different ones, I'm confused on which one to do or which would be best. Please, if you could give me more insite as to when to start a flush (i.e. Saturday night), what to expect, if I should avoid certain foods/drinks before I do the flush. If you know of a realitively simple one, since I am new to this I again would greatly appreciate it.

I have been told that I should do a kidney flush, Liver Flush and a bowel cleanse. I've heard that I should do these in a number of different order and again, I'm confused at to which would be best or the correct way to go about this.
