-Try colon cleasning herbal and enema or colon hydrotherepy
-Work on parasite cleansing
-drink fresh squeeze lemonade and add in a herbs for the kidneys
-once you get your colon going use a formula to clean off the walls of the colon (Dr. Schultz Formula #2)
-Now do your liver flush
-Take a test for candida and see if that applies to you (look online one of the website will have it, it is just a written test.)
-and of course eat alot of veggies
-If doing a live juice fast during all of these cleasning you get much quicker results.
