Weird lower leg pain

It happened this morning...early like at 2:30, on my left foot my two toes moved odd, then out of no where my left lower leg starts to tighten... it hurt so bad, I was crying, it felt like I was gonna die. It lasted for a minute and a half then it went away. Now my calve hurts, when I stand or walk and it feels kinda tingly...whats wrong?
