Hello,I was just wanting to reply to your problem. are you athletic? Do you drink enough water?And are you cold? Also do you get enough potassium?Any of these problems could be linked to your problem.Sometimes if you don't drink enough water your muscles get dehydrated and they begin to tighten.If you get up and drink water next time it will probably help immediately.I aslo mentioned the cold because some people have better blood circulation than others and if you cold you blood ciculation slows down which also causes muscle tightness.another thing I mentioned was potassium ,do you think you get enough?Sometimes this also causes muscle tightness,a banana or some orange juice will do just the fix!I hope this helps for the future muscle tightness!
