my suggestion

I always reach for my pascalite clay and oil of oregano first
There are many great oils,
but that is one I keep nearest my chair lol

I have found that if i immediately dab a drop directly on a bite,
within hours it tends to disappear.
and stops itching pretty immeidately .
if it continues to itch,
i put a light pascalite film paste on it.

try that and see.

link where i buy my oil of oregano
//www.curezone.org/blogs/m.asp?f=24&i=4

and where i get my pascalite clay :
http://www.shirleys-wellness-cafe.com/a/+pascbook90.html.html

hope this helps you .
until then if you have nothing else,
try a small bit of baking soda paste to draw off
toxin and stop itching. and even witch hazel .
(baking soda can lighten clothes lol
so might want to bare butt it a bit til you wash it off)

at any rate do get some pascalite clay to keep on hand.
then get the oil of oregano at above link (85% carvocal )
or olive leaf oil or tea tree oil.

hope this helps,
Ami Joi Benton
