Help spider bite healed now more red marks

Hi, I posted a message awhile back about a bite I recieved on my butt.......it was painful, red and swollen...I ended up going to the doctor 4 days after I got the bite and they gave me Antibiotics (Augmentin XR) for two weeks, 2 a day. They couldn't tell me what kind of bite it was at the time, but now I'm sure it was a spider. The bite was a small red mark with a large red swollen area which burned badly, kind of like a blister.
After starting the anitibiotics, 24 hours later the bite grew to the size of a dime and the swollen area raised (like a volcano). Blood and pus oozed out for 3 days constantly, and after that it began to heal.

The bite has almost completely healed. It scabbed over, and now is almost gone, but now I have another problem.
A few days ago, I noticed a red bump close to the bite area with a small red rash around it. I put corizone on it, and the bumps went away. I figured I had bad luck and got bitten by something else. It looks like the size of a mosquito bump, and is red and has a hard area area right underneath it. It hasn't gotten any worse, and is getting somewhat better.
BUT, now I have noticed another bump higher up on my butt cheek. The same kind of bump, and now another one appears to be forming. I'd say I have about 4 of those, and they all appear to be similar. They seem to have a head, but no blister, and not getting worse.
I am getting really scared. Could this be a reaction from the original bite even though its getting better, or could it be something else? I don't know what to do, and I don't have insurance to keep going to the doctor. Please help!!!!!!!!!

I can take a picture of it if necessary, but I'm not sure how clear it would be. Thank you!
