I assume they will be performing a myomectomy to remove the fibroids? If so, once you have fully healed from surgery your uterus will be able to maintain a pregnancy...although you will be a high-risk and will require a C-section for delivery. Many women have successfully carried a pregnancy following removal of fibroids. I imagine the tubal reversal and problems with your cervix will be the greater concern for a successful pregnancy. Tweet
