Having 2 submucosal fibroids removed July8. I am also getting a tubal reversal next year. What are my chances of carrying a baby? It will be a laparotomy with hysteroscopy. I am very nervous that the removal will weaken my uterus. I already have an Incompetent cervix and am at a high-risk anyway for pregnancy. Someone help!!!

I assume they will be performing a myomectomy to remove the fibroids? If so, once you have fully healed from surgery your uterus will be able to maintain a pregnancy...although you will be a high-risk and will require a C-section for delivery. Many women have successfully carried a pregnancy following removal of fibroids. I imagine the tubal reversal and problems with your cervix will be the greater concern for a successful pregnancy.
Uterine fibroids are caused by high fat diets. Doctors don't want you to know this because they make money treatin g the problems caused by fibroids. If you already have fibroids, change your diet and they will shrink.
