Actually, I think leaving moreless's posts up with his condescending tone is an excellent character reference for him. If he genuinely believes that tone helps his cause...
He's already had one post removed today that I'm aware of.
There's a lot of leeway in debate forums, but there are rules, which can be found here. Scroll down until you see the yellow and red section. The yellow section is what is a deletable or bannable offense on a support forum; the red section is what is a deletable or bannable offense on a debate forum. Other rules are scattered about, but those are the major ones for deletion.
Notice that in the support forums, one of the rules is:
If it is dangerously stupid that could cause a newbie to seriously be injured or killed, it's a damned good candidate for deletion. (These would include things like "brushing my teeth with Clorox really makes them white!") In the meantime, we'd post a counter with medical reasons why it is not good IMMEDIATELY!
