Re: Minerals are great... but what about much needed enzymes?

I have read that minerals are considered co-enzymes to vitamins. In other words, vitamins will not chemically do their jobs without minerals first and foremost. And this may account somewhat for what moreless is saying about minerals Ca and Mg. I'm still getting the hang of how the proper electrical signals occur inside and outside the cells from acid/alkaline balance of foods. Much more may be gleaned about this from snozberry's and morless's posts below on Alkaline Water and protons/electrons.
