pH and LIVER FLUSH.

Dear friends,

While doing the last Liver Flush I was measuring my urine pH.

I noticed that the pH went acidic. First I thought that this was because some accumulated acids were going out of the body via urine.

Later I read that this was not really the case. Rather the reason seems to be that diarrhoea causes loss of bicarbonate stores (alkaline) via stools.

This is interesting, because intuitively I sensed that it is good to be good mineralised before entering in the Liver Flush process and that this way the tiredness can be much less.

Any comment?
