I've changed my eating habits: no pop for years, little or no white flour, White Sugar , dairy, trying to give up meat, trying to eat more greens...and...
I'm still test "acidic". Asked my "alternative" doctor. Says I 'stres out too much".And I don't feel "well". so...
So there are more changes to be made. Any simple suggestions to balance pH? I'm fairly 'new' to the idea, and I haven't read alot. But if you made a list of 10 most important things to do to balance pH, what would they be? With a preface of course of giving up the junk foods, white stuff etc.
