meat & dairy & eggs are extremely acid..... you did not mention whether or not you drink alcohol or soda type beverages..... what kind of water do you drink?
Almost all water particularly from municipal supplies and bottled waters are 5.6 on the acidity scale. Volvic & Evian are ph balanced.Hope this helps.
