Nutrition

It should depend on what you system is going through at the present, for example there are different types of ginseng some are for hot some are for cold, it depends what you need.
If energies are blocked, hot will add to this, cold if not enough energy.
Steaming is the best way to cook food, it seals in the nutrients, keeps the colour in the food, and you don't have to cook it to mush.
And since steam is only water, that boils at 100 degree's a lot of the heavy metals and larger chemicals are left in the water that is boiling, as compared to absorbing into your food if you boil your vege's.

In the old days, hot coals were placed in the ground, dirt was placed over this, and stuff was slow cooked all day, like a crock pot, or Dutch oven.
Slow cooking keeps most of the nutrients in food.

If food is chew properly, it will have a much better chance to mix with saliva, which will start digestion, which will add heat to the food before swallowing, even if it is raw.

I think most people are to hot, that is why they respond so well to cold foods.

Email Me and I'll send you some info I have to ph balance the body, and some nutrient rich foods, and what to avoid.

Make the subject title: Alkaline/Acid as I block unknown emails.

Another thing would be your blood type, if the stomach can digest or has enough acid, hence enzymes seem to be needed by everybody nowadays, as acid reflex is not enough acid, and the fumes from the food partially digested are burning the esophagus.
If your two thin it's enzymes, if your to fat it's enzymes, we eat to much stuff that block or disables enzymes, so in reality we all need them, as supliments, more so if grains are eaten.
