Xylitol pH: to 8693

Hello: I get my xylitol at health food stores: it can be in Sugar type bags (crystal form), or cylinder-shaped boxes (usually powdered), depending on the brand. I have been using NOW brand, in the 3-lb bags (crystals), but I also like Perfect Sweet ,cylinder, 2 lb, which I have seen at Whole Foods (in many large cities). It tastes very similar to sugar, and measures approximately the same. Many online sites sell it also. Hope this helps.
